Task

The client needed a brand and marketing site that would be appealing to the target of home owner's associations. The application also needed a dead simple user interface in order to accommodate a less tech-savvy crowd.

Solution

After considerable research we provided a color palette and brand position that we determined would place this product well above its competition. The marketing site blends just the right amount of information with inviting and informative graphics.

The application design was the largest part of this project. We took the time to design out every feature of the app so the user could flow from one page to another with a minimal learning curve. In the end the final layout provides that really simple interface we were looking to achieve and minimizes the need for explanation.

This product is currently in a beta testing phase but we would recommend it to any home owner's association that needs an affordable, high quality management solution.
